HELP DESK: LEVEL ONE
A downloadable game
HELP DESK: LEVEL ONE is a free educational troubleshooting game from Wired Jackal Studios that puts you behind the desk of a late-1990s corporate IT support department.
Users don't always know how to describe what's wrong.
Your job is to figure it out.
Work through 24 interactive support tickets across four training queues. Read user reports, investigate symptoms, gather evidence, identify likely causes, choose an appropriate resolution—or recognize when the safest professional decision is to escalate.
But fixing the problem isn't enough.
A good technician must verify the result and document the work before closing the ticket.
